提单上的批注（大幅批注）

提单上的批注

在散杂货的操作过程中，经常会接触到提单上要显示批注，也就是大幅批注.

货物装船时，大幅会认真检查装船货物的外表状况、货物标志、货物数量等情况。如果货物外表状况不良、标志不清、货物有水渍、油渍或污渍等状况，数量短缺，货物损坏或其外包装损坏时，大副就会将这些情况记载在收货单（Mate’s receipt）上。这种在收货单（也叫大幅收据）上记载有关货物外表状况不良或有缺陷的情况称为大幅批注。大幅批注的内容是需要显示在提单上面的。没有大幅批注的收货单，就称为清洁收货单，可以换清洁提单；有大幅批注的收货单，就只能换不清洁提单。

如果贸易的付款方式为信用证，银行是只能接受清洁提单的。当该票货物的大幅收据上有批注的时候，就需要和船东协商通过出保函等方式来去掉提单上的大幅批注，从而出具清洁提单。船东会酌情考虑，如果不是太重要的批注，就会接受这种申请。不过，也有些船东不同意，或者不接受任何保函。所以，如果该货物被要求只能接受清洁提单的话，我们需要在签订海运合同前，就提前和船东协商，并充分考虑可能出现的情况，尽量避免装船后的各种不便。

2.Transformer with paint scratches in outer surfaces and lifting point prior loading.

3.Weight, measurement & quality as declared by shipper.

4.Containers with dents, rusty & rust stains.

5.Cargos loaded on deck as per shipper's risk without carrier responsibility whatsoever caused.
